The buildings underwent a massive $12 million restoration to turn them back into the neighborhood jewels they are today. M-A Building's crew consisted of 13 craftsmen, all of which have extensive experience in historic restoration. Their knowledge and experienced was vital in determine how to use "new" materials to match a 90 year old structure. "I don't think that anyone, in their wildest imagination believed that it would be as perfect as it is. And, we've been reinforced in our thought by having the Cleveland Restoration Society's hold their 2007 Annual Benefit on our property", said Mike Pierce, General Manager.

Located on historic Shaker Square, the Moreland Court Condominiums stretches the entire block for over 470,000 square feet. The twelve buildings, built between 1924 and 1929 represent a variety of English architecture periods: Late Gothic, Tudor, Elizabethan, Jacobean, and Georgian. The brick and stone masonry was showing signs of structural issues including spalling and cracks.
